If youve attached Lion Sash to one of your other creatures, it will even survive a creature board wipe because it wont revert back to being a creature until after the board wipe has resolved

If you opponent is able to use their mana for things you don't want to or can't Counterspell and just sit on the thing you need to counter then you will be getting further and further behind

If you dont want to get into a thematic build I dont think the type of creature tokens youre creating are going to be as important as the fact that for this deck you want to be making creature tokens
