Short Stay Levy is Now in Effect In Victoria

Buyer Solutions advised clients and readers last year that the Victorian Short Stay Levy was coming on 1st of January, 2025. So, it is now in effect.

Please read the following link on the State Revenue Office ( SRO) website to be informed and up to date.

If you have a managing agent handling your guests bookings they will administrate payment of this new tax.  If you handle bookings your self with Stayz or Air Bnb or are paid direct by guests, you must register with the SRO
