Should you have a General Maintenance request please complete the form below and email it to us. Once we have the owner’s approval, we will take the necessary step to action your request.

If you have an Urgent Maintenance problem or the problem occurs AFTER HOURS please email rentals@buyersolutions.com.au to advise the details of the problem.

Our emergency trades contact details are in your tenant pack, given to you at the commencement of your tenancy.

We need:

  • Your address
  • Your name and contact details
  • Access arrangements (first point of contact for tradespeople)
  • Which appliance is faulty? Is it gas or electric etc
  • A description of the problem or fault.

For serious fire, flood or storm damage you may need to phone the State Emergency Service on 132 500 or https://www.ses.vic.gov.au/about/contact  or dial 000 to alert your local fire brigade.

In case of break in please contact your local police station.

The tenant is required to allow the contractor access between the hours of 8am to 6pm to carry out the works required. The tenant must notify the Agent immediately if they have any concerns regarding the completed repairs.
