Winner REIV Buyer’s Agent of the Year 2014 – Janet Spencer.

Recently at a gala event held at Crown Palladium the REIV announced the winners of the prestigious and highly sought after 2014 REIV Awards for Excellence.  David and I attended and it was a great night.  Good food, good company, a bit of dancing and of course the eagerly awaited announcement of the winners.

I am honored and thrilled to report that I have won the award again this year and in fact an unprecedented three years in a row for 2012, 2013 and 2014.  Here is a short video of the evening and the award presentation that I hope you will enjoy.

There were six finalists this year selected from the numerous applications entered for the award.  The Buyers Agent category is well contested and is testimony to the fact that buyer advocacy is a growth industry here in Australia and in Melbourne.  Demand for representation is growing from buyers as property values continue to increase.
