Buyer Solutions bought on prestigious St Kilda Hill last weekend. Interestingly, in this tightly held pocket of Melbourne real estate, two almost identical Art Deco style one bedroom properties were offered for public auction only two hours apart.

The first without car parking sold first at 11 am for $530,000.
The second had car parking and sold at 1 pm for $501,000.
