Is our South Australian based investor happy with Buyer Solutions? From this testimonial, it appears the answer is “ÿes”. We bid at a competitive auction in Eveline Street, Brunswick recently. The under bidder was gutted to miss out, however we won the contest by a slim bidding margin of $1,000.

With an 82% clearance rate last weekend and 4 or 5 bidders at every auction our team members attended and participated in, I can say that hiring a good Buyers Agent is an essential consideration for most property buyers. There is an art to pricing property properly. Also, you need to be experienced and very quick at thinking on your feet at these auctions. Melbourne is home to some of the most skilled auctioneers in Australia and most buyers are not equipped to “lock horns” with them. A great auctioneer is going to whip buyers into a competitive frenzy in their goal to sell the property for the highest price. As Buyers Agents we of course want the lowest price.
Some auctions I attend go completely crazy and others are selling for what I believe is a fair price for 2015. You have be calculating, informed, diligent and patient to buy well at the moment in Melbourne.
