That’s Capital Growth

By Janet Spencer

This month our investor client sold his property and was hugely rewarded by taking Buyer Solutions investment advice three years ago.

Bought August 2013 for $500,000

Sold August, 2016 for $701,000

Great investment selected and bought by Buyer Solutions for a client who bought four properties with our assistance.

Whilst we regularly hear stories about property investors losing money because of wrong asset selection and advice, we routinely deliver strong results for our investor clients.  Obviously, sometimes they have to sell a property and then our asset selection skills are put to the test.

Happily, in Mont Albert North, our investment property has outperformed general market conditions delivering 40% capital growth over three years.

Buyer Solutions are very strategic with what we buy, where we buy, why we buy and of course what we pay.  Over our 15 + year trading history, this has been challenged many times and we are proud of our ability to deliver strong capital growth when our buying clients let us use our professional experience and trust us to select their properties for them.

Also important is the fact that the property was let nearly 100% of the time over the last three years and had very little maintenance over that time.

Buyer Solutions customer service rating has hovered around 97.6% for the past five years that it has been tested.  I think this investor may even improve that up to 100% judging by their smiles on the conclusion of the auction bidding.
