Buyer Solutions Rates 92.16% for Customer Relations and Service

The Australian Achiever Awards 2014 judging has recently closed.  In Victoria’s Real Estate Services category, we achieved a 92.15% score for customer relations and service.  An excellent result, showing that our customer service approach is one of the highest standard.
2014 Certificate

We achieved:
95.56% for Attitude – politeness-friendliness, handling problems
94% for Client Needs – is the customer getting/given what they want
92.5% for Care and Attention – all dealings handled with expected care
91.67% for Referral – word of mouth recommendation
91% for Time Related Service – phone calls, appointments, delivery
90.91% for Communication– clarity, courtesy and
90.74% for Overall Perception – consistency, standard of work, presentation.

Buyer Solutions strengths were said to be negotiations, customer service and personal interaction.  No comments were given on areas for improvement, a fact that as the Director, I am most proud.  Comments received from our customers included:
