Finalist for the 90th REIA Awards for Excellence
Janet Spencer, Director of Buyer Solutions represented Victoria at the 90th Anniversary awards ceremony of the REIA Awards for Excellence last night held at magnificent MONA in Hobart. As a top three finalist for the Buyer’s Agent of the Year Award, she was with the best of the best with Ray Chua from Momentum Wealth in Perth and Simon Pressly of Propertyology who took out the award.

His Excellency The Honourable Peter Underwood AC, Governor of Tasmania opened proceedings and welcomed visitors from NT, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, ACT and of course the local Tassie agents to enjoy all that Tasmania has to offer.
Agents from the ACT and QLD had most success on the night with most Victorians having to be content with being recognised as amongst the best in the industry and being finalists.
Congratulations to Gary Peer and his team for taking home the Communications Award for Victoria.
Magnificent MONA was showcased with a marquee set up for the event amongst stunning installation art and sculpture. Pre-dinner drinks were served in The Void If you have never been to Mona, its certainly worth the trip. Almost 700 Estate Agents and support staff from all around Australia had a sensational night. The food and wine, company and setting were magic. Thank you to the REIA for hosting such a great event.
