To apply for a rental property, the process is easy:

• Go to realestate.com.au and find the property you want to lease.  Hit APPLY.
• Make sure that you have completed the form in all boxes provided so that your application can be processed quickly. Don’t forget to include a copy of your 100 points of identification.

After references are checked, the landlord will have the final approval. Then leases need to be signed, rental paid and your security bond paid to the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority.

We will also assist you to connect the gas, water, electricity and other utilities and services to your new home and provide you with an easy automated rental payment system to pay your rent monthly.
