Auction antics in Melbourne continue to surprise even the most seasoned Buyer’s Agent. In Bentleigh East last weekend we encountered a variety of entertainment and stimulus at the auction of 8 Brady Street.
Pink Ribbon month for Buxton Real Estate sees the Pink Panther at their auctions. Kids loved it. On arrival, you can shake his hand, have your face painted, have a lolly or a dance to the guitarist and lively entertainment.
Mums felt specially loved for Pink Ribbon Day, being given a lovely pink Gerbera on arrival and revived with a fresh brewed coffee by the mobile barista. It was a sunny day and the crowd was well entertained.
The property was excellent as well and our client was delighted to secure it at the auction when all the fun of the open viewing ceased. Although the auctioneer wore a pink suit for the proceedings, he was all business once the bidding commenced. The crowd were subdued to start but once they warmed up bidding was enthusiastic.
Buyer Solutions was acting for an off shore investor. The property will be rented out for a period of time and then our client will repatriate into this magnificent home at some future date.
