Our overseas property investor buys the prize with Buyer Solutions representation on the 14th of February at a competitive auction in the Melbourne suburb of Fairfield.  This is what Katia had to say after the auction……..

“It’s not easy to buy a property, but when you are overseas with a huge time difference, the effort is taken to a whole different level. I engaged Janet to buy a small investment property for me. Katia is based in Austria.  So distance, time change, limited budget, a lot of necessary criteria including :  quiet location, air conditioning, enough room for a private washer and dryer, out door space, renovated, small block and close to transport and cafe society.

Although this was a challenging brief, our patience was rewarded with a great unit, one of only 6 that ticked all the boxes.

Katia will rent the property for a few years and then use it herself when she is in Melbourne.  Our team at Buyer Solutions are confident she will love living there and importantly, it will be a super investment for her.
