On Thursday 27 October 2016 at a gala event held at Crown Palladium, the REIV announced the winners of the prestigious and highly sought after 2016 REIV Awards for Excellence. David and I attended and it was a great night. Good food, good company, a bit of dancing and of course the eagerly awaited announcement of the winners by MC of the evening, Effie.
I am honoured and thrilled to report that I have won the award again this year and in fact an unprecedented four years including 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016. Here is a short video of the evening and the award presentation that I hope you will enjoy.
There were three finalists this year selected from the numerous applications entered for the award. The Buyer’s Agent category is well contested and is testimony to the fact that buyer advocacy is a growth industry here in Australia and in Melbourne. Demand for representation is growing from busy professionals and investors seeking qualified assistance.
I would like to congratulate all the finalists and all the winners across all categories for 2016. A lot of hard work goes into being the best in the business.
