Buyer Solutions Wins Service Excellence Award

I am proud to announce that Buyer Solutions has won the Service Excellence Award for February 2013 from the Australian Excellence Awards Centre.

The Board and Directors at the Australian Excellence Awards Centre considered our nomination and have awarded the honor to Buyer Solutions.  I want to thank the team at  Buyer Solutions

for their dedication to customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.  This award recognises our performance across a competitive field of finalists in all industry-types in every State and Territory.

Our customers have rated us 92.1% for customer satisfaction and we are very proud to announce this result after over 11 years of hard work.

This result exceeds the national standard for our industry, and I am very proud of this success.

As a result of this achievement, Buyer Solutions is now nominated for the Peoples Choice Awards announced quarterly each year.

It has been a great year for Buyer Solutions so far and we hope that we continue on the winning streak when I go to Canberra in March for the announcement of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) awards.   As a nominee for Buyers Agent of the Year 2013, I would love to bring the trophy home for Victoria.  A huge congratulations to all the other finalists and I hope to see many of my colleagues at Parliament House on the 14th of March.
