Buyer Solutions scores 99.47% for Customer Satisfaction.  

The judging process for the 2017 Australian Achiever Awards for Victoria’s Real Estate Services category was completed on 21st June 2017.

Buyer Solutions achieved:

100% for Time Related Service – phone calls, appointments, delivery

100% for Client Needs – is the customer getting or given what they want

100% for Care and Attention  – all dealings handled with expected care

100% for Attitude – politeness, friendliness, handling problems

100% for Communication – clarity and courtesy

97.92% for Referral – word of mouth recommendation

98.61% for Overall Perception – consistency, standard of work, presentation

96.67% for Value – does customer satisfaction outweigh the cost

Now in its twentieth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers- an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely:

Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Referral and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

They are very understanding with what landlords have to go through with respect to tenants. the people I deal with on a regular basis are Amelia and Janet, both of whom provided excellent service in their management of the rental department. 

They are a small company and while sometimes getting things done can be an issue with a small company, in their case it has not been a shortcoming at all. They are very good at providing a personalised service. Rather than feeling like I am dealing with a company, i feel like I am dealing with an individual who is putting an effort into getting to know me and understanding my needs. The good relationship we have developed makes working with them so easy.
